1. Context and Goal

1.1 TThe online gaming services offered by Slots Don, as well as any associated platforms, are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Players and Slots Don are defined as follows: you (“the Player,” “you,” or “your”) and Slots Don (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This contract is legally binding and is composed of terms.

2.1 In accordance with Dutch legislation, Slots Don B.V., a private limited liability company, owns and operates Slots Don.

2.2 Don’s Slots B.V. the Dutch Gaming Authority, known as the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has granted a license for remote gaming. We are able to provide digital access to slot machines and other associated interactive casino games to players in the Netherlands thanks to this license.

2.3 The Dutch Remote Gambling Act (Wet Kansspelen op Afstand, “KOA”) and related consumer and data protection rules of the European Union govern all Services supplied.

3. Extent of the Contract

3.1 These Terms govern your relationship with Slots Don in every way, including:

  • communicating with us, expressing concerns, and resolving conflicts;

(b) the policy of responsible gaming;

(c) Rules pertaining to certain games, which can be found on the website or in the menu of a specific game;

(d) Conditions relevant to bonuses and promotions, if any; and

(e) Any further announcements or rules that we may publish periodically.

3.3 These Terms shall prevail above any extra regulation or policy unless otherwise stated in the supplemental rules.

Each login, deposit, or Service engagement indicates acceptance of the most current Terms. The webpage should be checked frequently to stay informed.

4. Contract Formation

4.1 When you agree to these Terms and conditions by checking the acceptance box during account creation, a legally binding contract between you and Slots Don is formed.

4.2 Limitations on usage, intellectual property rights, and liability disclaimers are among the sections of these Terms that are also accepted when you access our Website without registering for an account.

4.3 No party may terminate this contract before its expiration or earlier termination. Your account may be terminated in three ways: by mutual consent, by our suspension or termination of your access owing to a breach, or by the closure of your account.

4.4 If any obligation is inherent in the contract and is meant to survive termination, then neither party is relieved of that responsibility by termination of the contract. Among these include, but not limited to, duties pertaining to intellectual property rights, confidentiality, dispute settlement, and fee payment.

5. Revised Agreement

5.1 of the Terms is subject to change at any moment by Slots Don as a result of changes in legislation, operational needs, technological developments, or business practices.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the revised Terms will be effective as soon as they are posted on the Website.

5.3 We will send you an email and/or post a prominent notice on the Website before any change takes effect if it is a major change (e.g., one that changes your fundamental rights or impacts your ability to withdraw funds).

5.4 Your continued use of the Services following the publication of revisions indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please stop using the Services and ask to have your account closed if you disagree.

6. Sign Up for an Account

6.1 Slots Don requires all users to register for an account (“Account”) before providing access to the majority of our Services.

6.2 Opening an Account constitutes your agreement to:

(a) be entirely truthful when asked for personal information, such as one’s full name, home address, DOB, email, and working phone number;

(b) keep us aware of any changes to this information as soon as possible; and

(c) admit that your Account could be suspended or closed if you provide fraudulent or inaccurate information.

6.3 Individuals must act in their own name while registering an account. You cannot register or use an Account if you are a company, organization, or other legal entity.

6.4 A maximum of one account per player is permitted. Indirectly or directly, creating or trying to create numerous Accounts is absolutely forbidden.

7. Qualifications and Age

7.1 The minimum age to gamble in the Netherlands is 18, therefore if you’re under that age, you can’t create an account or utilize the services.

7.2 You are confirming and warranting that:

(a) You must be 18 or older;

(a) You can enter into legally binding contracts because you are of legal age; and

(c) You are free to gamble online without interference from any government agency, whether at the state, federal, or professional level.

7.3 At any point throughout the process, we may ask for identification or proof of age. We reserve the right to suspend your Account and refuse access to money until we receive adequate evidence.

7.4 Your Account will be canceled, all winnings will be lost, and deposits made during that time will be reimbursed, after verification and legal deduction, if it is shown that you were underage when you registered or played.

8. Know Your Customer (KYC) Identity Verification

8.1 Slots Don must undertake identification verification before to allowing full access to Services in accordance with the Dutch Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (WWFT) and the Remote Gambling Act.

8.2 During this procedure, we may ask for papers like: 

  • ID, driver’s license, or passport in good standing;
  • evidence of residence (recently issued utility bill or bank statement);
  • evidence of payment method ownership (e.g., a masked replica of a bank card).

8.3 By providing us with your information, you give us permission to employ third-party verification services to make sure it’s real.

9. Individuals with a Political Axis and Restricted Classifications

9.1 A Politically Exposed Person (PEP), a high-ranking international organization official, or a close friend or relative of any of these people cannot create or maintain an Account.

9.2 “PEP” means “persons held in prominent public positions,” including heads of state, prime ministers, top judges, and MPs.

9.3 You must notify us immediately of any changes to your status after registering, including political office appointments.

9.4 To comply with anti-money laundering laws, we may delete Accounts associated to PEPs, their families, or close friends.

10. Non-Transferability of Ownership of Accounts

10.1 You are entitled to a personal Account. Your Account is personal and may not be shared, sold, assigned, or transferred in any manner.

10.2 Regardless of whether you authorized a deposit, wager, or withdrawal, you are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs via your Account.

10.3 You may not obtain or use another player’s Account in any way.

10.4 Account freezing, transaction suspension, and extra verification may be requested if we believe that an unauthorized user has accessed the Account.

11. Protecting Your Account

11.1 Your username, password, and other security credentials must be kept secret at all times.

11.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your login information and any transactions made using your Account.

11.3 You are required to inform us without delay in the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. While we will do our best to keep your Account safe, we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur as a result of unauthorised access caused by your carelessness.

11.4 It is highly recommended that you use robust, distinct passwords and change them frequently.

12. Delayed and Dormant Accounts

12.1 If you haven’t accessed your Account or used the Services for thirteen months in a row, it will be deemed inactive.

12.2 A monthly administrative fee of €5 (or its equivalent in another currency) will be withdrawn from the balance until the Account reaches zero after thirteen months of inactivity.

12.3 You will be notified by email at least 30 days before inactivity costs are applied.

12.4, the Account can be canceled if your balance drops to zero. Please contact our customer care staff to request reinstatement, which will be subject to verification.

13. Account Closure

13.1 You have the option to close your Account whenever you like by sending a formal request to our customer support team via the email address you provided when you enrolled.

13.2 Any responsibility for unfinished business, such as unpaid wagers, pending transactions, or inquiries into any violations of these Terms, will remain in effect even after your Account is closed.

13.3 We will follow our Responsible Gaming Policy and implement self-exclusion procedures if you request permanent closure owing to problem gambling.

14. Constrained Areas

14.1 Playing at Slots Don may not be legal in your country, even though our website is accessible from there. Check the rules of the game in your jurisdiction to make sure you can play.

14.2 Access from specific countries (“Restricted Territories”) may be blocked or restricted at our discretion. As of this writing, we do not allow users from the following countries to create an account or make use of our Services:

Your Account may be permanently canceled and all deposits, wagers, or winnings made during that access will be null and worthless.

14.5 We are not obligated to return any funds that gamers discovered in Restricted Territories have placed.

15. Money Deposits

15.1 Real money (“Deposits”) must be deposited into your Account before you can participate in games. You can make a deposit by selecting one of the available payment ways on our website.

15.2 The following means of payment may be accepted:

  • electronic funds transfers between accounts;
  • prepaid and credit cards that are issued to you;
  • electronic wallets like Neteller or Skrill;
  • reloadable or prepaid cards that are associated with you;
  • different approaches that we occasionally authorize.

15.3 Your name must be on file for all payment methods. No one, including family members or businesses, may make a deposit on your behalf.

15.4 We will show you the minimum and maximum limitations for deposits on the website when you make a transaction.

15.5 After we get payment confirmation, the deposited monies will be credited to your Account. The technique you choose to use can affect how long it takes to process.

15.6 Not a bank, Slots Don. You won’t get any interest on your deposits, and there is no government program to guarantee them.

15.7 By making a deposit, you are ensuring that the money is coming from a lawful source and has no connection to illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.

16. Funds Withdrawal

16.1 Withdrawals from your Account can be requested whenever you like, provided that:

(a) finishing all testing and verification procedures;

(b) getting enough money that has been cleared; and

(c) following all of our procedures for combating money laundering.

16.2 In most cases, the same method you used to deposit funds will also be used to complete your withdrawal. If this is not feasible, we may ask for ownership documentation to proceed with another approach.

16.3 There may be restrictions on withdrawals as well, such as:

  • Euro2,500 daily maximum
  • Daily cap: €5,000
  • A maximum of €20,000 each month

These limitations are subject to change at our discretion or as required by law.

16.4 Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if we detect fraudulent activity, unusual behavior, or a violation of these Terms.

16.5 In the event that funds are accidentally deposited into your Account, you are obligated to inform us without delay and reimburse the entire amount. Such amounts may be deducted straight from your balance by us.

16.6 You must notify the appropriate tax authorities of your gains on your own. Tax advice is not offered by Slots Don.

17. Refused Payments and Refunds

17.1 In the event that a deposit:

(a) the financial institution or service supplier cancels it; but,

(b) money does not come to us; or

(c) Someone has a problem with the deal.

17.2 If a Failed Deposit happens, we have the option to: 

(a) reverse any associated gains or bets;

(b) get back the money that has been credited; and

(c) make you pay for our expenses that arise from it.

17.3 Begin a chargeback only when you have a valid reason to. We have the right to deactivate or suspend your Account and recoup any expenses incurred as a result of a chargeback.

18. Theft, Abusive Behavior, and Money Laundering

18.1 You may not use our Services in any way that is fraudulent or unlawful, including but not limited to the following: the financing of terrorism, money laundering, or the misuse of promotions.

18.2 Some behaviors that are not allowed include:

  • putting money down without planning to gamble;
  • working in concert with other parties;
  • taking advantage of bots, scripts, or software in any way;
  • using weaknesses or mistakes in our games to our advantage;
  • moving money around in other accounts.

18.3 In the event that we discern dishonest or harmful conduct, we have the authority to:

(a) leave your Account inactive or suspend it;

(b) refuse to pay out winnings, bonuses, or deposits;

(c) notify the proper authorities about you.

18.4 In the event of suspected fraud or abuse, we retain the authority to impose reasonable administrative fees to compensate for the expenses of the investigation.

19. Money in Accounts and Who Owns What

19.1 Subject to these Terms, all funds in your Account will remain your property until they are wagered.

19.2 To comply with Dutch regulatory obligations, we keep player monies apart from our operational funds in separate accounts (19.2). But we can’t promise you’ll get your money back if we go bankrupt, which is very improbable.

19.3 Until all regulations (such wagering requirements) are fulfilled, the value of bonuses, promotional credits, or free spins cannot be converted to actual cash.

20. Return Procedure

20.1 Refunds for Deposits are not provided by us unless mandated by law.

20.2 Withdrawals of unspent Deposits are possible when all verification processes are finalized, so long as the funds are not restricted.

20.3 Case-by-case processing will be used to refund requests that involve allegations of fraud, technical mistake, or unusual conduct.

21. Making wagers

21.1 You are not allowed to place a bet unless your Account has enough cash. Wagers made with insufficient funds will be null and invalid.

21.2 The minimum and maximum bet sizes are according to the rules of each game. You may see them on the game’s UI. Read the rules carefully and make sure you understand them before you play.

21.3 Bets cannot be canceled, withdrawn, or reversed once they have been verified.

21.4 Your Account may be immediately terminated if you are found to have attempted to manipulate the betting system in any way, including by delaying play, interfering with connectivity, or using automated programs.

21.5 We retain the authority to decline or restrict any wager as we see fit.

22. The Honesty and Technical Reliability of the Game

22.1 Of the games offered on the site use verified Random Number Generators. To make sure the RNGs are fair, they are reviewed and certified by independent testing facilities that have licenses from the EU.

22.2 Other than the certified RNGs, Slots Don has no say over the results of any games. The game is over and the outcome is final.

22.3 In the case of a malfunction (e.g., a crash, a server downtime, or an incorrect display of results):

the affected bets will not be valid;

(a) The funds staked will be reimbursed;

(c) Winnings that are generated by games that aren’t working properly will not be recognized.

22.4 You are allowed to rejoin the same game round once you reconnect if your internet connection is interrupted during a game. In the event that this is not feasible, our servers will automatically settle the round according to the recorded outcome.

22.5 You should not expect continuous availability of the Website or Services from us. There can be some downtime in the future due to upgrades or maintenance.

23. Extras and Sales

21.1 Bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty benefits are occasionally offered by Slots Don (“Bonuses”). Specific terms will be shown alongside the Bonus offer, and they are subject to them.

23.2 When you take a bonus, you’re committing to:

(a) the amount that must be wagered;

(a) when the product will expire;

b) limitations on withdrawals; and

(b) any additional terms and conditions attached to the Bonus.

23.3 Unless defined differently:

  • Withdrawals are not possible until the bonus funds have been wagered 30 times.
  • Bonus money is good for 7 days from the date of credit.
  • After being engaged, the free spins will expire 48 hours later.

23.4 Bonus abuse, such as making many accounts to claim the same offer, will lead to the Bonus being canceled and any wins related with it being forfeited.

23.5 At any moment, we may change, suspend, or remove any Bonus.

23.6 Unless otherwise specified, one promotional offer per person, household, email address, payment method, or IP address is permitted.

24. Rewards and Profits

24.1 Upon the conclusion of each game round, your Account will be credited with any winnings.

24.2 Withdrawal limits (find them in Section 16) and verification checks apply to winnings.

24.3 Winnings may be withheld in the following cases:

(a) a violation of these Terms has occurred;

(b) a failed deposit or chargeback is associated with the winnings;

(c) wins did not occur because of honest or abusive actions; or

(d) the necessary verification is still outstanding.

You do not get to keep the wrong amount if, for any reason (technical glitch, human mistake, or miscalculation), earnings are wrongly credited to your Account (24.4 Payout mistakes). Your balance will be adjusted and any funds that were overpaid may be recovered.

24.5 Maximum payout restrictions: The rules of each game will specify the maximum reward that can be won. Please familiarize yourself with these restrictions before you play.

24.6 A total of euros (€) will be disbursed for any winners. The amount you receive may be affected by the exchange rates imposed by your bank or payment provider if you deposit in a currency other than the one you are using.

24.7 Any tax obligations that may arise from your wins are entirely on you. Unless compelled to do so by law, Slots Don will not withhold taxes from Players’ winnings.

25. Risk Acknowledgment by Players

25.1 You agree that there is a chance of losing money when you use the Services. Expenses could mount up.

25.2 You pledge not to hold Slots Don accountable for any losses that may occur and that you will bear full responsibility for them.

25.3 We urge all players to take advantage of our Responsible Gaming features (refer to Section 31) to control their gambling habits and set betting limits.

26. Service Usage Guidelines

26.1 Your use of the Website and Services constitutes your agreement not to:

(a) engage in dishonest or illegal activity through the use of the Services;

(a) cause damage to, or alter, the Website or its underlying systems in any way;

(c) engage in gaming activities using scripts, bots, or automated technologies;

(d) take advantage of security flaws, bugs, or technological mistakes;

in order to obtain an unfair advantage, (e) conspire with other Players;

(f) Mistreat other Players or customer service representatives by making threats or harassing them;

(g) move money around between other accounts or try to do so; or

(h) Do anything that could compromise Slots Don’s honesty or the stability of the games.

26.2 In the event that we determine that you have violated these terms, we have the right to:

  • remove access to your Account;
  • end wagers and reverse gains;
  • hold on to the breach-related funds; 
  • Notify the appropriate authorities of your actions.

27. Fraud and Unacceptable Behavior

26.1. Some examples of forbidden or fraudulent activity are:

  • the use of fraudulent documents or theft of personal information;
  • using someone else’s payment methods;
  • involvement in the financing of terrorism or the laundering of illicit funds;
  • betting on outcomes that have already been decided via insider knowledge;
  • making the most of sales opportunities in a manner that ensures a profit irrespective of the result.

27.2 Slots Don may withhold any payments from your Account pending investigations into allegations of fraud or illegal conduct.

27.3 We have the right to seize funds and pursue legal action against you to recoup losses or damages in the event that fraud or misuse is proven.

28. Disruptions to Service and IT Failures

28.1 We work hard to ensure that the Website is accessible at all times. Unfortunately, we can’t always control when technological difficulties arise.

28.2 If you lose money playing Slots Don, it won’t be because of:

  • unexpected failures or unavailability of the server
  • disruptions in internet service;
  • defects or mistakes in the software;
  • breakdown in your system’s hardware, network, or gadget.

28.3 In the event that a disconnect occurs during a gaming round:

(a) Your Account will be credited with the outcome if our servers have already determined it;

(b) The round can be continued when connected again, or the stake can be returned, if it is interrupted.

28.4 We reserve the right to declare affected bets worthless and repay stakes in the event of a widespread malfunction impacting several players.

29. Account Cancellation and Suspension

29,1 In the following cases, we have the right to temporarily or permanently close your Account:

(a) if you violate these Terms;

(b) abusive conduct, suspected cases of fraud or money laundering;

(c) accessing the Limited Areas through the Services;

(d) not submitting the necessary verification paperwork when asked;

(e) issues related to safety, such as unauthorized entry;

(f) an Account that has been inactive for a long period of time;

(g) a mandate from a governing body or official statute.

29.2 You will receive an email notification in the case of a suspension. The funds might be held in escrow until the issue is settled.

29.3 In the event that your Account is canceled:

  • (pending verification) funds that are not associated with fraudulent activities will be reimbursed;
  • If you win while violating these terms, your rewards can be withheld.
  • Any unused bonuses or promotional balances will be thrown out.

29.4 At any moment, you have the option to voluntarily close your Account. Further self-exclusion procedures will be implemented in the event that closure is associated with worries about responsible gaming (see to Section 31).

30. Accounts that are no longer used and administrative fees

30.1 Your Account will be considered dormant after thirteen months of inactivity (see to Section 12 for more information).

30.2 There will be a €5 administrative fee for inactive accounts per month until the sum is gone.

30.3, We will make every effort to get out to you before implementing any fees.

It is possible to permanently close the Account once the balance reaches zero.

31. Gambling Responsibly and Cutting Off All Contact

31.2 All Players have access to the following measures:

  • weekly, monthly, or daily deposit caps;
  • restrictions on losses;

31.3 Contacting our customer service team is the way to go if you want to self-exclude. Within one day of receiving your request, the exclusion will be put into effect.

When engaging in self-exclusion, 

(a) Your Account will be inaccessible to you;

(b) creating a new Account is not allowed;

(c) Bets and deposits are not allowed.

31.4 The duration of self-exclusion is legally enforceable. Regardless of how much you ask, we will not remove or reduce them.

31.5 In order to prevent circumvention, we preserve records of players who have self-excluded and may disclose this information with Dutch regulators or licensed operators.

32. The Onus on the Player

32.1 You agree that gaming should never take the place of legitimate entertainment. Do not expect a steady stream of revenue from this method.

32.2 Your time spent on the Website, financial decisions, and play activity are entirely your responsibility.

32.3 We advise you to use our tools for responsible gaming and seek professional help if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem.

33. Issue Handling and Resolution

33.1 Get in touch with our customer service department without delay and provide complete details if you’re unhappy with our Services.

33.2 We promise to investigate any complaints as soon as we receive them and respond within 48 hours. Within 90 days, we strive to address every complaint.

33.3 You have the option to bring the matter to our compliance department for further review if you are dissatisfied with the resolution.

33.4 The Kansspelautoriteit’s (KSA) framework for resolving disputes applies to us as a licensed Dutch operator. If you are unhappy with the outcome of an internal conflict resolution process, you can take your complaint to a KSA-approved third party for alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

33.5 If you want to take the case to a Dutch court, you can, but the ADR body’s decisions are final and binding.

34. Documentation and Proof

34.1 If a dispute arises, you acknowledge that the information stored on our servers—which may include betting records, game results, and financial transactions—will have the last say in establishing the facts.

34.2 You further acknowledge that, barring proof to the contrary, our determination based on these records will be final.

35. Liability Restrictions

35.1 The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” by Slots Don. We do not promise that the Website will be available at all times, free of errors, or secure.

35.2 We exclude all guarantees, whether explicit or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent that law allows.

35.3 Liability Exclusions:

(a) non-direct or unforeseen financial setbacks;

(b) financial, commercial, or informational losses;

(c) events outside our control, such as interruptions in service caused by weather, a natural catastrophe, or problems with our communications infrastructure.

35.4 The following is not an exclusion of liability:

(a) carelessness leading to death or injury;

(b) dishonesty or false representation;

(c) any other obligation that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

36. Protection from

36.1. You’re promising to protect Slots Don and its affiliates from any legal action, damages, or costs that may result from:

(a) if you violate these Terms;

(b) you exploit the Services in an illegal or deceitful manner; or

as well as the infringement of the rights of other parties.

37. Personal Data

Slots Don owns or has a license for all content on the Website, including logos, graphics, software, and game designs. This content is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Website is provided to you with the understanding that it is for your personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable amusement purposes only.

Without our express consent, you are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Website or Services.

38. Privacy and Data Security

38.1 The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data protection legislation in the Netherlands govern how we handle personal data.

38.2 Your use of our Services indicates your agreement with our Privacy Policy and the way in which we collect and use your personal information.

39. Change of Ownership

40. Severability

40.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the remaining elements of these Terms will remain valid and enforceable in the event that any portion is determined to be invalid or unenforceable.

41. No Exclusions

41.1 We will not be deemed to have waived any right under these Terms just because we have not enforced it. Eventually, we might try to get our rights enforced.

42. Subject Matter and Authority
